CANCELLATION POLICY
With the understanding that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, please note that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 35% of the scheduled service cost. By booking an appointment, you authorize Bella Donna Beauty Bar LLC to charge the credit or debit card on file for the applicable cancellation fee in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid these fees.
